How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship by UPS for small items and by Truck for large items. Orders are typically processed within one business day of receipt of payment/approved P.O. For items that we have in stock, you should get your order in 3 to 8 business days from date of order, depending on your distance from our Redwood City, CA warehouse. Alternatively, you can pick up your order from our warehouse during office hours on weekdays.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we ship worldwide from our store. We can ship via carriers such as UPS and Fedex, or we can ship through freight forwarders. The choice is yours; just tell us via email who you want to use.

How long do I have to wait if a product is not available?

We have a very large inventory of products, but if for some reason a product is not available, the wait may vary from a few days to a few weeks, depending on who the manufacturer is. If you have a deadline to meet, let us know by email and we will try our best to expedite your order.

How do you charge for shipping?

We basically charge what the carrier charges - UPS or Truck, plus a small handling fee if necessary. All prices quoted are FOB our warehouse in Redwood City, CA. For overseas shipments, we normally ship freight collect.


Do you accept credit cards?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Do you accept checks? Other payment methods?

We can accept checks for payments made personally in our store. For online or COD payments, we do not accept checks, but we do accept money orders, wire transfers and cashier's checks.
